Pavement Obstruction in Newcastle

Intrusive parking, hedges, and e-scooters are a common occurrence that many pedestrians encounter as a minor inconvenience. But for some members of the community, it can create an impassable barrier, forcing them to take alternate and possibly less safe routes. Is enough being done? Featuring interviews with Alison Blackburn, Chair of Newcastle Disability Forum; Councillor Habib Rahman of Elswick Ward; and Councillor Greg Stone of Manor Park Ward who also has a portfolio for the City Centre and was the former spokesperson for transport.
